Cathy’s skills know no bounds…. line dancing, manicure, global traveler and cat lady to name but a few. This eclectic mix of interests and talents make Cathy the ideal individual to head up CALM’s customer facing function which is truly appreciated by all.
Annette joined CALM as a part time employee more than 15 years ago. Since then she has become an integral and essential part of the CALM Team. Her role within the organisation is both inward and outward facing, providing customers with an efficient service in terms of our financial and contractual relationships with customers. Annette sits at the centre of the CALM Team. She is our listening ear and our pragmatic voice. She supports customers to effect smooth financial transactions. She is the knowledge base by which these relationships are maintained.
Family is the centre of Annette’s world. As a mum, granny and great granny (she does not look old enough). Her commitment to her family is transferred and mirrored in her commitment to CALM and is hugely appreciated by us all.
Prior to coming to CALM in January 2016 Katy held a number of key positions within a large local authority within not only a practice based position but also within the training department. Her key responsibilities lay within Children’s services and learning disabilities promoting inclusion into services and Education services to provide consistency for young people and service users within this area. Her main tasks were the delivery of primary prevention training under the health and safety agenda for service users across all services and staff within these areas.
Katy’s role within CALM is central to the effective development of change within the organisations we support. Her personable, bubbly personality has enabled CALM to maintain and promote effective person centred relationships with customers in a way that meets their needs. This persona is evident in her personal life, being a mum to her gorgeous children….. which takes up the vast majority of her free time as can be seen from her Facebook page.
