Cathy has been with the organisation for 11 years. Cathy is the face and voice of CALM. She is our customer’s first point of contact and as such requires to be friendly, helpful and professional…… all of these are attributes that Cathy has in abundance. Cathy controls the bookings diary and uses her phenomenal organisational abilities to meet all our customer’s needs, matching their individual requirements with the most suitable trainer skill.

Cathy’s skills know no bounds…. line dancing, manicure, global traveler and cat lady to name but a few. This eclectic mix of interests and talents make Cathy the ideal individual to head up CALM’s customer facing function which is truly appreciated by all.
