Annette joined CALM as a part time employee more than 15 years ago. Since then she has become an integral and essential part of the CALM Team. Her role within the organisation is both inward and outward facing, providing customers with an efficient service in terms of our financial and contractual relationships with customers. Annette sits at the centre of the CALM Team. She is our listening ear and our pragmatic voice. She supports customers to effect smooth financial transactions. She is the knowledge base by which these relationships are maintained.

Family is the centre of Annette’s world. As a mum, granny and great granny (she does not look old enough). Her commitment to her family is transferred and mirrored in her commitment to CALM and is hugely appreciated by us all.
