Our year long Associate Programme offers you the opportunity to develop an internal resource, that can flexibly and independently deliver the BILD ACT Certified, RRN Standard compliant CALM Core Theory course within your organisation.
Investing in a CALM Associate not only results in cost savings for your organisation but brings a substantial strategic advantage.
Having developed a high level of expertise, a CALM Associate can take on the role of internal consultant able to advise, mentor and support your services.
They can contribute to the development and evaluation of policy initiatives, undertake learning need analysis as well as develop, implement and evaluate learning across your whole organisation.
