Our new training management platform launches this year!

We are very excited to let you know that The CALM Hub will be rolling out soon.

What is The CALM Hub?

The Hub is a cloud based platform that will be accessible by instructors, associates and key contacts within CALM using organisations. It will house all information regarding staff training records and will be the central place for all course information (that's right- no more ITRs!!). This will help ensure continued quality assurance standards are met and timely re-accreditation achieved. A broad rollout of the CALM Hub will take place over the coming months, this will include training, information sessions, and discussion opportunities for each organisation. We will be approaching this rollout in a staged way and will be in touch in the coming weeks with the timeline for your onboarding onto the new system.

Data Security & Privacy

We understand the importance of data security and would like to address some key points:

  • The CALM Hub adheres to our Customer Privacy Policy, ensuring that all standard policies and procedures apply to this platform.
  • Salesforce, the platform hosting the CALM Hub, is ISO 27001 certified, and a copy of their certification can be provided if required.
  • Access will be granted to CALM staff, the organisation’s Instructors, Associates, and named key contacts identified by the organisation.
  • The data will be used to monitor accreditations, identify training needs, and enable CALM’s quality assurance standards to be maintained.

 

Interim Processes & Support

  • Until the new training management dashboard goes live, organisations should continue their current process for submitting staff training data. We will update the system based on the information provided.
  • We will provide dedicated information and support sessions for organisations as they are onboarded. These will be scheduled at mutually agreed times during the rollout.
  • Ongoing support will also be available to ensure a smooth transition.
