Our New Associate Programme – Opening January 2026

We are excited to launch our refreshed CALM Associate Programme this January. This is a streamlined six-month pathway designed to deepen practice, strengthen relational confidence, and support culture change across education, social care, and community settings.

Associates will:

– Learn to deliver CALM’s updated Core Theory Course

– Strengthen trauma informed, rights based and relational foundations

– Join a supportive learning community

– Develop confidence in facilitating culture change and reducing restrictive practices

There is still time to register throughout December and January. We would love to welcome you into the next cohort.
