Seonaid brings over 20 years of experience in retail and retail management across Scotland, along with a degree in Fashion Business. Her background has equipped her with exceptional organisational, customer care and communication skills, and we are already seeing how much she brings to CALM.

Although her title is Digital and Finance Administrator, Seonaid’s contribution stretches far beyond this. She offers thoughtful and responsive support to our online learners and is a reassuring presence for the whole CALM team. Seonaid is also currently studying counselling skills, a reflection of her naturally caring, compassionate approach and her commitment to supporting others.
