Through a firm foundation in the Early Years sector, Toni found a real enthusiasm for caring, supporting and teaching others. Her passion for inclusion drove a desire to deepen her understanding of autism and take on leading roles in supporting and advocating for children and young people on the autism spectrum across various settings.

Toni draws on her experience of working in care to enhance the training courses she delivers which allows for relatable courses fueled by understanding and empathy. A love of socialising means that forming meaningful connections and building relationships is a real strength of Toni’s and is something she brings to all aspects of her training delivery.

Having recently taken on the challenge of learning to snowboard, Toni has a real understanding of how exciting acquiring new skills can be, driving her desire to create inclusive and creative ways to ensure the groups she works with leave the training room feeling well supported and confident.
