Welcoming Rachel Ferguson and Seonaid Wells
We are delighted to welcome Rachel Ferguson as CALM’s new Learning and Engagement Manager. Rachel will lead our work to connect more deeply with families and to ensure that lived experience is not simply included but genuinely shapes the evolution of CALM’s programmes and practice.
Strengthening Global Connections
CALM’s reach continues to grow worldwide. This year, we have deepened our connections with Fraser Health in Canada, Methodist Children’s Home in Georgia in the United States, Wesley Glen Ministries in the United States, and Family Spirit in Australia.
In August, members of our team visited colleagues at MCH and Wesley Glen to deliver the New Core Theory Course. We were warmly welcomed and deeply moved by our time with staff, leaders and families. We also had an opportunity to meet parents whose family members were supported by Wesley Glen and hear first-hand about the impact of the service.
